Compassion:

Practicing self-care is a topic of discussion on every platform on social media. Just this morning on CBS, a brain surgeon was explaining the benefits of self-care on the efficiency of your brain. In order to avoid memory loss, he indicated these steps to good brain health: Exercise, Diet, Getting out of your comfort zone, embracing change, Sleep, Connections with family and friends, and Conversations with others concerning your decisions.

Kindness, Empathy, Compassion, Connection keeps us alive!!

Compassion:

Compassion can mean different things to different people. What does compassion mean to you? What does it look like, feel like, sound like to you? Do you or others need to earn it? How does it make you feel when you receive compassion from others? How does it feel when you do not? When you do not receive compassion are you still willing to give it back? You can always give compassion to yourself, it’s a choice. How can you do that on a daily basis? Share below and let’s support each other.
