Step 2 Willingness - Week 4

Mondays with Terry

Willingness opens doors for us. When we have the courage to move into the unknown, we can face fear with a sense of excitement and anticipation about what is possible. Before I found Fearless Living and the I was not willing to step out unless I knew I would succeed. My self-acceptance was tied to doing things right and never failing. I lived in a constant state of fearing I would make a mistake. Once I became aware that making mistakes, failing, and getting back in the game was a part of the process of growth and self-love, my perceptions and perspective changed drastically. I now am willing to be vulnerable and ask for help and allow others to be a part of the growth process with me. This awareness and willingness has opened many doors and expanded my influence and allowed me to fly. It is never too late to soar.

Willingness:

Have you found that you were living life with blinders on? I have heard that this has happened to a lot of people because of the pandemic. We can get caught up in the things we do that we forget to check in with ourselves and see if we are doing what we Want to do. Are you willing to become aware of what is going on around you? Are you willing to change what you donโ€™t like? Tell us below, what is something you would like to change.
