Connection can be simple or complex, it is really up to you. One form of connection that I have been meaning to pick back up, is letter writing. It is so fun to get a card in the mail right? Just think of how your friend would feel to get one from you. Or sometimes it can be fun to get an out-of-the-blue phone call from a friend that you haven't heard from in a while. Or usually a little more complex is a family or friend Zoom. Know what you need is key and then also sharing that love with others as you reach out. Though don't forget to connect with what makes you excited about your life. Giving time and energy to filling your own cup is needed right now more than ever.
