You learn daily practices and the tools you'll need to live a more fearless life. This class is set up in a way that you get the information over weeks which gives you time to absorb and implement the tools as you have ongoing guidance from your coaches.
Create a plan using Stretch Risk Die
We will support you with attaining your own map or plan to step by step achieve your goals and see the clear way of doing it. We will be using the tool Stretch Risk Die to map out the scary step and show you how to break them down into more manageable and doable steps so that you can get moving forward. This will be a 90-minute session with both Terry and Kelly if available.
