Break the Silence 5K 2023
This year, on the 30th anniversary of my father's suicide, we're introducing something new to our fundraiser for the Tulare County Suicide Prevention Task Force.
We've added, alongside our silent auction and speaker event, a 5K run where you can join us and support and honor your loved ones. It's also a way to back the county's efforts in providing vital services and assistance to those in need.
As the Sayre family, we're committed to supporting suicide survivors and breaking the silence and stigma surrounding this issue. Together, we can create a strong community of support and care for those battling suicidal thoughts. Let's make a difference by being there to listen, offer a helping hand, and show empathy.

Regular pricing starts November 16th at $50
Kids 12 and under are free, and students are $25
or $400 for a team of 10, students $250
All paying participants will receive a free t-shirt. If not, the shirts are $15
A pancake breakfast will also be provided, by The Noon Kiwanis of Tulare. for everyone.
